Pay Rate: TBC, Dependant on experience

About the Role:

ARC Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Dozer Driver, with a valid CPCS/NPORS to join our client’s team on a busy residential site in Watford. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hardworking who’s looking for consistent work with a respected agency.

Key Duties:

• Operating a dozer safely and efficiently across site
  
• Carrying out bulk earthworks, grading and levelling ground to specification
  
• Assisting with site preparation, clearance and moving materials
  
• Working closely with site management and groundworks teams to meet programme deadlines
  
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
  
• Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
  
• Supporting other plant operations when required
  

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating a bulldozer on construction or civils projects
    
  • Relevant CPCS or NPORS Dozer ticket (essential)
    
  • Valid CSCS card
    
  • Own PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)
    
  • Good understanding of levels, grading and site preparation
    
  • Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team
