Job Information

Leisure Assistant required to cover evening and weekend lettings at a Secondary School in Kent. Role is part time with a minimum guaranteed 15 hours per week. Additional hours will be available dependant on the lettings schedule published weekly and may be shared with the existing Mitie site team.

Main Duties

-To unlock the building and unset the intruder alarm.

-To set out the facilities to the requirement requested by the customer in advance.

-To meet and greet the customer and complete an inspection form before and after the booking.

-To remain on site throughout the booking and react to any situation as necessary.

-To clean the facilities and pack away equipment ready for the following school day.

-Lock up the building and set the intruder alarm and be responsible for a set of keys.

-Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the business and in situations where there are reduced number of bookings.



What we are looking for

Candidate will be dependable and trustworthy with a mature outlook. Candidate will need to be flexible to cover various bookings as the schedule can change week to week. This role is subject to a clear enhanced DBS check in advance.
