We Are Hiring – Registered General Nurse for a Nursing Home

SR Careers is expanding! We're on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated HCAs to join our growing team across multiple locations. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or just a few flexible shifts per week, we've got you covered! The worker should be flexible to travel to any of the locations and postcodes mentioned above.
Overview of your role:
The successful candidate will work as the lead nurse on duty to meet the needs of the clients in their care. Tasks will include the administration of medication, supervision of junior staff and managing and organising the shift. The weekend and night shift nature of this post will mean the successful candidate may often be the sole person in charge, although support will be available from senior managers via the on-call system.
Reporting to the care home manager, who is in turn responsible for your health and safety, training and development.
Expected to lead and/or contribute to a range of projects and build relations with both internal and external partners to achieve specified outcomes, but will not have direct authority over those involved.

Pay Rates:
• Mon–Sun Day Shifts: £21.00/hr
• Mon–Sun Night Shifts: £24.00/hr
Shift Timings:
• The post is agency work, and there are no guaranteed hours per week.
• Shift times will be Day shifts between hours of 0730 – 2200. Night shifts are between hours of 2130 – 0730.
• But usually there will be short shifts from 07:30 to 15:30 or 14:00 to 22:00.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Full CV (No gaps)
• Enhanced DBS on update service
• NMC PIN (Statement of Entry)
• RCN Number
• Eligibility to work
• NI Proof
• Health Reports (BCG, Varicella, MMR, Hep-B, Hep-C, Hep-B surface antigen, HIV)
• A mandatory 6 months of experience working in the UK as an RGN
• Passport/Visa/BRP
• 2 Proof of Address
• 2 references, at least 5 years of covering history
• Photograph for ID Proof
• Training certificates (Theory and Practical)
• Qualification Certificate
• Police Clearance Certificate.
