The Topic Delivery Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the delivery of medicines evaluations within the Medicines Evaluation Directorate. The role supports the Technology Appraisal (TA) and Highly Specialised Technologies (HST) programmes, helping to ensure published processes are followed and work progresses smoothly and on time.

Working as part of a small project team, the postholder will support a portfolio of topics and provide administrative support to a committee that meets monthly (virtually, in public) and quarterly in person in London. The Topic Delivery Administrator works closely with Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers, contributing to day to day delivery and wider team activities, including process improvements and administrative projects.

What you will do:
• Provide high quality administrative support across medicines evaluation topics, ensuring processes and timelines are followed
• Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems, ensuring information is up to date and well managed
• Act as a point of contact for routine queries, responding professionally and escalating issues when needed
• Communicate regularly with internal colleagues, committee members and external stakeholders
• Support the preparation of correspondence, reports and other documentation
• Assist with process development, internal projects and general team administration
