What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and inspiring a committed Learning Support team across the school
• Designing and evaluating bespoke interventions and SEN strategies
• Championing inclusion and progress for students with diverse learning needs
• Delivering staff training and supporting teachers with best SEN practice
• Liaising closely with families and external specialists for joined-up support
• Monitoring and reviewing EHCPs, ensuring compliance and high-impact outcomes
• Pioneering new initiatives that raise the school’s SEND provision to gold standard
