What skills and experience we're looking for
For Galmpton C of E Primary School we are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who:
• Will be committed to ensuring that all children achieve the highest possible outcomes
• Have a passion to ensure high expectations for all teaching and learning
• Ensure outstanding pedagogy which inspires, motivates and challenges pupils to be the best that they can be
• Have an understanding of collaborative learning
• Will work in partnership with the headteacher, local committee and the wider community to ensure that our mission and ethos is translated into action.

Our ECT program includes receiving excellent ongoing support through those critical early years of the teaching profession. In addition to school-based training and mentorship, ECTs are afforded the opportunity to take part in our own custom-made training program based on the ACE curriculum. Each session has a key focus and is led by a leading practitioner in that field. This training program has proven invaluable to our ECTs who collaborate with each other as they develop best practice.
