About the Role:
Join a welcoming nursery in the Didcot area as a Nursery Practitioner, delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework
- Experience working in UK nursery settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
- Support children's development in line with EYFS
- Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Work collaboratively within the nursery team
