We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Multi-Trader to join our growing team working across North London. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day property maintenance and repairs
General works including:
Carpentry (doors, locks, basic joinery)
Plumbing (basic repairs, tap changes, leaks)
Painting & decorating
Tiling and patch repairs
Fault finding and problem solving on-site
Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a multi-trader / handyman
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Good communication and customer service skills
