You will visit the client's home and have the following responsibilities:
* Manage and administer medicines
* Support hygiene and toileting needs
* Help with getting around the home
* Be a friendly face and provide companionship

Medical conditions: Dementia and Alzheimers
Additional health needs information
* Medication needs to be administered.
* Looking for evening care
* She has had part of one lung removed.
* She has poor eyesight and hear very well
* Jean can't walk to far.
Other information about the client:
* She has four daughters who do the majority of care / cooking/ cleaning.
* She likes company and someone to chat to in the evenings
Work environment

Smoke-free and pet-free home.

She lives in a bungalow

Qualifications
