⚕️ The Role
We are looking for Bank Care Assistants to join our team to provide flexible cover for sickness, holidays, and additional care packages.
This role is ideal for those looking for flexible work to fit around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Assist with medication as per care plans
Prepare meals and support hydration
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support with mobility and daily routines
Carry out light household tasks
Accurately record care provided using digital systems
Report any concerns to the office promptly

No guaranteed hours
Work offered based on availability
Opportunity to pick up extra shifts

️ Compliance & Standards
All care must be delivered in line with:
Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014
Safeguarding and infection control policies
Company procedures and care plans

Caring and compassionate nature
Reliable and flexible approach
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Willingness to learn and follow care plans
Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
