Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper
Location: Snowdonia Mountain Lodge
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Type: Part-Time / Flexible
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge. With 12 guest rooms serving as both a self-catering facility and a peaceful retreat centre, we pride ourselves on providing a pristine, tranquil environment for our guests.
This is a flexible role where hours will vary based on guest occupancy and retreat schedules, making it an ideal position for someone seeking competitive pay within a beautiful work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Room Maintenance: Thorough cleaning of guest rooms to a high standard, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising.
• Bed & Linen Management: Stripping and making beds with precision to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Guest Amenities: Refilling drink stations (tea/coffee facilities) and ensuring all room supplies are fully stocked.
• Common Areas: Maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces to keep the lodge inviting.
• Quality Control: Proactively reporting any maintenance issues or damages to management.
Person Specification
• Transport: Must have own transport due to our location in the heart of Snowdonia.
• Experience: Proven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• Reliability: Absolute punctuality and a dependable work ethic are essential.
• Standard of Work: A "sharp eye" for detail and the ability to work to a high specification.
• Attitude: A warm, positive, and hardworking approach. As we are a retreat centre, a quiet and respectful manner is required.
