The Role:
Experience isn’t necessary but is good if you have some experience recruiting. We just need you to be confident and hit recruiting targets.
• Sourcing qualified contractors and enthusiastic trainees.
• Managing the pipeline from initial message to "Trade Test" (practical interview).
• Posting ads on job boards, social media, and local colleges.
• Conducting initial screenings to ensure candidates fit our professional culture.
Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or high-end hospitality is helpful
• Excellent communication skills (phone and email).
• Highly organized (ability to track multiple candidates).
