Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing excellent customer service to members and guests, offering assistance with golf bookings, equipment rentals, and other inquiries
- Ensure the golf shop and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Assist with the set-up and coordination of golf events, tournaments, and outings
- Maintain golf carts, driving range, and practice areas to ensure they are in optimal condition for use
- Monitor pace of play on the golf course and assist in coordinating tee times to ensure an enjoyable experience for all golfers
- Promote golf memberships, packages, and services to guests, and assist with membership inquiries and sign-ups
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
- Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
