Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Brighton & Hove
Are you passionate about supporting young children's learning and development in a fun, nurturing environment? We're looking for Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly teams across Brighton and Hove.
Position: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Various nurseries across Brighton & Hove
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role
As a valued member of our early years team, you'll help provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. You'll plan and deliver inspiring activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), promote children's independence and curiosity, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

✅ A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
✅ Enthusiasm and passion for working with young children
✅ A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
