Crynodeb
The post holder will be a first point of contact for patients telephoning the department. In addition, the post holder will register new referrals, make appointments for patients, using clinical information, telephone and postal systems, co-ordinate appointments for patients requiring house calls, file and retrieve patient records from the on-site records store. The post holder is required to deputise for the Senior Podiatry Office Clerk when he/she is not present in the office
