Crynodeb
The Associate Data Analyst Connected Care will support the development, delivery and maintenance of highquality, usercentred analytical products that help colleagues use data confidently to improve care and wellbeing for our local population. The role focuses on preparing, visualising and communicating population health insight in clear, engaging formats, while providing handson support that strengthens analytical capability across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Designing, building and maintaining dashboards, infographics and multimedia content that make insight accessible and meaningful for nontechnical audiences. Using SQL and datavisualisation tools to prepare, query and present datasets in ways that support effective decisionmaking. Translating analytical outputs into userfriendly narratives, guidance materials and visual stories. Supporting training sessions, demonstrations and workshops to build confidence in the use of analytics tools and population health insight. Working closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, troubleshoot issues, improve usability and ensure analytical products are intuitive, accurate and actionable. Contributing to continuous improvement of analytical tools, processes and usersupport materials.
