Crynodeb
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes and assisting them with daily tasks to improve their quality of life. This is a door-to-door service role, meaning you will travel between clients’ homes throughout your working day. Your duties will include:
Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Helping with mobility and encouraging exercises as required.
Preparing and serving meals, as well as assisting with feeding when necessary.
Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
Running errands, including shopping and collecting prescriptions.
Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a care role is preferred, but full training will be provided to the right candidates.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
We do not sponsor visas, so candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
An enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this process).

The position involves travelling between clients’ homes, and mileage will not be reimbursed.
