Our business, Our business, Dylan Foods Ltd T/A Manor View Stores, located in Binbrook, Market Rasen, is a busy Londis convenience store and Post Office offering essential groceries, chilled and frozen foods, confectionery, alcohol, tobacco, household items, fresh produce, newspapers, lottery, and full Post Office services including parcel handling and bill payments. With steady customer footfall and growing demand since we began trading in November 2024, we require a skilled Sales Supervisor to support daily operations. This role is vital for maintaining smooth store and Post Office functions, supervising staff, managing stock levels, ensuring correct handling of age‑restricted products, and delivering consistent customer service across all areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising all daily activities within our Londis convenience store and in‑house Post Office to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. This includes guiding sales staff, overseeing customer interactions, and maintaining service standards across all retail areas. The role carries full responsibility for till operations and cash‑handling, including deposits, float management, and accurate reporting of discrepancies. The Supervisor ensures the shop floor, chilled and frozen sections, fresh produce displays, and Post Office counter remain clean, safe, and well‑presented by performing and supervising routine housekeeping tasks. They monitor store safety in line with company policy, maintain confidentiality in all financial and operational matters, complete required records and reports on time, and support stock control by ensuring merchandise is properly replenished, protected, and displayed. Additional duties may be assigned to support overall store performance and team efficiency.
SALARY RANGE: £31,500 to £35000 or depending upon experience
LOCATION: Manor View Stores & Post Office, Market Place, Binbrook, Market Rasen, LN8 6DE
JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
