Salary: £27,000 – £28,500 per annum (depending on experience)

They work in some of the country’s most sensitive technical environments including data centres, server rooms, comms rooms, and broadcast facilities. Accredited to ISO 14644-1:2015 standards, they deliver specialist cleaning for controlled environments where precision and reliability are essential.

Requirements
Essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures accurately
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel across the UK
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to perform physically demanding manual cleaning work
• Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to undergo DBS and security clearance checks
• Eligibility to work in the UK and meet required security vetting standards
• Comfortable working in environments with:
• Variable temperatures and humidity
• Dust and particulate exposure (controlled environments)
Desirable
• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or technical environments, including commercial, industrial, laboratory, or controlled environments
• Previous experience working in data centres, IT environments, or other critical infrastructure settings
The Role
You will work on-site at client locations delivering specialist cleaning services in critical IT environments, including:
• Data centre cleaning
• Server room cleaning
• Comms room cleaning
• IT and Broadcast equipment cleaning
• Working within controlled environments
• Following strict contamination control procedures
• Using specialist tools and cleaning equipment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in environments containing critical IT infrastructure
• Work as part of a small team under supervision or team leadership
• Participate in site inductions, safety briefings, and method statements prior to work commencement
• Nationwide travel required including occasional overnight stays
• Work may include evening, night, and out-of-hours shifts depending on project requirements
Training & Development
• Full structured training provided
• Ongoing supervision during early stages of employment
• Formal performance reviews at approximately 3 months and 6 months
• Pay progression linked to successful completion of training milestones and performance assessments
• Clear development pathway within the team
You will be based from Royal Wootton Bassett and travel to customer sites across the UK as part of a specialist technical team.
