Crynodeb
To lead, manage and plan the delivery of outcomes measurement and reporting within and across CAMHS To lead and hold responsibility for the development of evidence-based practice across CAMHS, via membership of the CYP NICE Panel, leading development of Positive Practice Prompts (PPPs) for CAMHS, and developing CPD opportunities (including Recruit-to-Train posts and other new roles as appropriate) To lead the CAMHS Clinical Outcomes Group and work closely with borough Outcomes Leads, Clinical Leads and Operational Managers To be the clinical and operational leadership of the electronic outcome monitoring system POD, liaising with external developers and the CYP Directorate Business Office to progress the functionality and embedding of the system across CAMHS To deliver highly specialist clinical assessments and interventions as a senior clinician within CAMHS, according to specialism, leading on clinical pathways and service developments as required. To ensure the effective conduct of research, service evaluation and audits relevant to the service, including outcomes reporting To work in close collaboration with other CAMHS leads to fulfil and further develop the evidence-based practice offer to children and families
