We are currently recruiting a Reablement Coordinator in our peripatetic service.



This full-time permanent position will lead a team to deliver high quality Care & Support to the most vulnerable people of our district, meeting their needs, and promoting person centred care at every opportunity.



The successful candidate will support & lead a team of staff working in our Reablement Team.



With a starting salary of £42,839 - £46,142 including 30 days holiday, there are a lot of other benefits which make up our overall employee package such as:

Probation
