Role Overview:
As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily needs. You will work in care homes, nursing homes, home care or community settings, assisting residents with personal care and ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support with mobility and safe moving & handling
Help with feeding and hydration
Monitor and record patient condition (temperature, pulse, respiration if trained)
Provide emotional support and companionship
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Follow care plans and report any changes to senior staff
Ensure safeguarding and dignity of all service users

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in care (preferred but not essential for some roles)
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Other compliance documents as per requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)

Desirable:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
Experience in care homes, hospitals, or community care
