Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchised car dealer group in Guildford, who is seeking a Service & Warranty Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated Aftersales Advisors looking to advance their career in a dynamic and expanding dealership environment.

Duties:
- Manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to manufacturer procedures
- Handle service administrative tasks, including scheduling and liaising with workshop teams as an Aftersales Advisor
- Provide excellent customer service, offering advice on warranty coverage and service options
- Analyse warranty data to identify opportunities for increased sales and process improvement
- Maintain accurate records in dealer management systems such as CDK Drive or Pinnacle DMS
- Support the dealership’s expanding warranty programmes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service & Warranty Advisor or in warranty administration within the automotive industry, with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
- Proficiency with dealer management systems (e.g., CDK Drive, Pinnacle DMS)
- Knowledge of automotive product ranges, including electric vehicles, is desirable
- Ability to analyse data and manage warranty claims effectively
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work Saturdays on a rota basis
- Relevant automotive service or warranty certifications are advantageous
- Background in automotive technology or business administration is preferred
