The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our successful and supportive school.

We are looking for someone who:
Is an excellent classroom practitioner, able to promote high standards of learning and achievement
Has experience of teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage and/or Key Stage 1
Has experience of delivering systematic synthetic phonics, particularly Read Write Inc.
Has high expectations of behaviour and is fully committed to raising outcomes for all pupils
Can motivate and inspire children, colleagues and the wider school community
Is able to challenge and support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND and higher attaining pupils
Has a secure understanding of assessment for learning and its impact on progress for all groups
Is willing to contribute fully to the wider life of the school
Is committed to their own professional development and continuous improvementandnbsp;
