Randstad Education is thrilled to partner with a high-achieving Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) across London and Essex. We are currently looking for a reliable, "on-the-day" Cover Supervisor to support dynamic secondary schools in and around Rainham.

The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, your mission is simple: ensure learning never stops. You aren't there to plan the curriculum; you're there to lead the room.

Be the Specialist: Stay ready for early morning calls (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM) for same-day bookings across the Rainham and Havering area.

Lead the Lesson: Deliver pre-prepared content across all subjects, from English and Humanities to Science and PE.

Command the Room: Maintain a calm, productive environment by upholding the Academy's signature "no-nonsense" behavior policy.

Join the Team: Work closely with supportive leadership teams within a prestigious MAT framework that values every member of staff.

Ultimate Flexibility: You are the person we call when the clock is ticking. You must be available for short-notice bookings in the Rainham/East London area.

Strong Presence: A confident, "take-charge" personality with the ability to build quick rapport with secondary-aged students.

Experience: A background in coaching, youth work, tutoring, or previous classroom experience is highly desirable.

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
