As a Cover Supervisor, you are the heart of our daily operations, the steady, ambitious presence in the classroom when a teacher
is away. This is a role for someone who thrives on energy, enjoys leading a room, and wants their contribution to be truly valued.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Lead the Learning: Supervise classes (4–5 lessons a day), delivering set work with high expectations.

*Embody Our Values: Manage behaviour by being kind but firm, staying ambitious for student progress.

*Support the Mission: Provide vital administrative support during non-contact time.
