Crynodeb
To assess, diagnose, treat and plan the discharge of new and existing patients presenting with a variety of podiatric and medical needs. This includes applying appropriate diagnostic techniques, clinical skills and tools to support mobility, independence, tissue viability, and to relieve discomfort where appropriate. The post holder will work across a range of settings within the London Borough of Croydonincluding community clinics, hospital sites and patients homesand will manage and prioritise their own domiciliary caseload . To work within a Team, as required .
