Key responsibilities will include: Providing strategic leadership and overall direction for NTH Solutions LLP Developing and delivering a long-term business plan aligned to the University Hospitals Tees strategy Leading a large and diverse workforce across estates, facilities, procurement and support services Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient and cost-effective services that support patient care Driving innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement across all service areas Identifying opportunities for growth, income generation and service development Managing budgets, contracts and commercial arrangements effectively Building strong relationships with Trust leaders, clinical teams, partners and external stakeholders Ensuring robust governance, risk management and regulatory compliance Providing strategic leadership and oversight for additional LLPs and subsidiary arrangements across University Hospitals Tees as they develop, ensuring alignment with the Groups wider strategic objectives You will also play a key role in shaping how support services and subsidiary arrangements are delivered across the hospital group, ensuring they are responsive, modern and aligned to the evolving needs of the organisation. The Person We are seeking an outstanding senior leader who can demonstrate: Significant senior leadership experience within a complex organisation, ideally within healthcare or a related sector A strong track record of strategic leadership, operational delivery and organisational performance Commercial acumen, with experience of business development, income generation or managing large-scale service contracts Experience leading large-scale operational services within a complex and high-performing organisation Strong financial management capability and an understanding of governance and regulatory requirements The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across organisational boundaries Experience of leading change, innovation and service transformation Above all, you will bring the leadership, credibility and strategic insight required to lead a high-performing organisation that plays a critical role in supporting frontline patient care.
