Please see the full Job Description for comprehensive details; a summary is provided below: Daytoday operational management of the Drug & Alcohol Housing Support service across Hampshire. Line management, supervision and development of Housing Workers, including caseload oversight, quality assurance and staff support. Ensuring safe, effective and personcentred housing interventions for people who use drugs and alcohol, including tenancy sustainment, homelessness prevention and multiagency coordination. Oversight of staff rotas, service coverage and activity planning across multiple sites and outreach locations. Leading HR processes including attendance management, performance improvement and annual appraisals. Supporting recruitment, induction and ongoing development of new and existing staff.
