About the role
Source Supply are recruiting for a large, vibrant, and inclusive inner-city primary school at the heart of a diverse, multicultural community. The pupils come from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, with a high proportion of children who speak English as an Additional Language (EAL). The school celebrate this diversity and are committed to providing a rich, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and reflective Year 2 Teacher to join our committed team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning, with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and the ability to meet the needs of all learners.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
