West London NHS Trust is seeking an ambitious and drivenOperational Effectiveness Managerto play a central role in delivering high-quality, efficient and person-centred services across our borough-based model.
This is a pivotal leadership role within Local Services, working at the heart of operational delivery, transformation and performance improvement across services.
You will work in close partnership with Borough Clinical Directors, Associate Borough Directors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are safe, effective, and continuously improving
As an Operational Effectiveness Manager, you will:
• Lead borough-wideperformance, quality and operational improvement
• Translate complex data into actionable insight to drive service change
• Support delivery of key priorities including:• Community Mental Health Framework
• Quality & Safety agendas
• Neighbourhood and integrated care models
• Embed a culture ofintelligent productivity and continuous improvement
• Support optimisation ofdigital systems(e.g. EPR, dashboards, telephony)
• Strengthen governance, risk management andCQC readiness
• Work across organisational boundaries withlocal authorities, primary care and system partners
This is a highly visible role with significant scope to influence service delivery and improve outcomes for local populations
We are looking for a motivated, values-driven leader with:
• Strong experience inoperational delivery, performance improvement or transformationwithin the NHS or similar environment
• Proven ability tointerpret complex data and drive improvement
• Experience working withdigital systems, reporting or service redesign
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• A commitment tohigh-quality, equitable and person-centred care
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment and able to balance operational priorities with long-term transformation.
