This role is based in the UK and will be working on site in our UK based College.
In order to comply with our mandatory pre-employment checks, the successful candidate will be required to provide original identification documents in person to our UK based People Services Department.

BACKGROUND TO THE POST
Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the post-holder will provide strategic leadership in the architectural design and structural evolution of a financially robust, high-performing curriculum. They will lead the group’s annual planning cycle and the line management of the five Campus Principals to ensure that the college group remains the primary engine for the regional skills and devolution agenda.
The focus is the creation of a rigorous, group-wide system for curriculum planning, enrolment management, and resource efficiency, ensuring that the group’s offer is structurally sound, commercially viable, and perfectly aligned with regional funding priorities.

Executive lead for curriculum strategy and line management of Campus Principals -
responsible for enforcing rigorous planning standards, financial contribution targets, and a seamless group-wide learner journey :

OFFERS OF WORK

Essential Attainments:
✓ Educated to a full Level 4 in a qualification within the curriculum area being managed or a directly related discipline.
✓ Internal Verification Award.
✓ Teacher Training Qualification
Desirable Attainments:
✓ Qualification in management
✓ Experience as an HMI or OI
