Sussex Teachers is recruiting Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) for flexible supply teaching jobs in Burgess Hill and the surrounding West Sussex area.
We work with a network of local primary schools in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks and Wivelsfield, offering regular daily supply and short-term teaching roles across:
EYFS
Key Stage 1 (KS1)
Key Stage 2 (KS2)
You choose when and where you work. We organise consistent, local placements.
What the Role Involves:
Delivering pre-planned lessons in primary schools
Managing the classroom and maintaining behaviour
Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement
Marking the day’s work and leaving brief handover notes
Finishing your day on time — without unnecessary admin
This is teaching without the workload overload.
Pay & Contract Details:
Up to £130 per day
Paid weekly via PAYE
