Rainham School for Girls are looking to appoint an inspirational, highly skilled Head of Year (Director of Studies) and Teacher to
lead a team of form tutors within a year group in maximizing individual student academic progress and personal development.
The preferred candidate will:
-have experience of monitoring, tracking and supporting students
-have the desire to promote high standards and effective teaching and learning
-have the competence to lead, manage, develop and inspire people individually and as a team
-have a commitment to the welfare and achievement of the students in their year group
Career progression is fully encouraged by the school which is supported through our outstanding CPD programme. We are part of one
of the biggest Multi-Academy chains in the South East of England, The Kemnal Academies Trust so progression can also be Trust
wide. We passionately believe in the power of collaborative working and actively promote school to school support. This includes
