This is an exciting opportunity to join the Single Point of Access Service which is the front door to mental health services in the London Borough of Lambeth
This is a fast-paced service with a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality mental health support. Your role sits within the Senior Decision-Making Group and will support the decision-making process by being responsible for providing a compassionate, responsive and professional first point of contact for individuals accessing mental health services via telephone triage

· Providing a compassionate, responsive and professional first point of contact for individuals accessing mental health services via telephone triage
· Report concerns related to wellbeing, risk, or safeguarding
· Collaborate with clinical staff for coordinated care
· Attend MDT meetings and contribute to care planning
· Participate in improvement huddles
· Support administrative tasks (appointments, documentation, follow-up)
We are a part of the Lambeth Living Well Network (LWN) Alliance that brings together Certitude, Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth Council, South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and Thames Reach organisations to deliver an innovative way of providing mental health support for those who need it in the Lambeth Borough.
