As a Full-time Unqualified Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs
- Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging and enriching lessons, contributing to the planning and implementation of activities
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers, helping to identify areas for improvement
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging participation
- Offering pastoral care and support to students, addressing their social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Undertaking administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and resource preparation, to support the smooth running of the classroom
