We are looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Weston-Super-Mare. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.
Role Overview:
- Support students with a range of SEN needs in mainstream classrooms or specialist settings.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and interventions.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students achieve their potential.
- Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and environments.
