What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and creative lessons
• Working one-to-one or with small groups to support learning
• Promoting pupils' emotional wellbeing, social skills, and academic progress
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
• Preparing resources and assisting with classroom organisation
• Supporting tailored learning activities to meet individual needs
• Encouraging a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for all students
What We're Looking For:
• No formal qualifications required - just a genuine interest in working with children
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one - we'll help!)
• Completion of Level 2 Safeguarding Training (provided by Teaching Personnel)
• Adaptability to support students with a variety of needs
• Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour is beneficial, but not essential
