ROLE: Automotive Service Advisor
LOCATION: Oldham
SALARY: 32k basic – 40k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 45 hours, 1 in 4 Saturdays
Flame Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our clients team.
Duties:
• Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
• Have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
• customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
About you:
• When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement for this role.
• Training is provided through a dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses
• Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Kerridge
