As the Head of Business Analysis and Data Management, it will be your responsibility to deliver the HMCG Operational Business Analysis and Data Management function and be accountable for HMCG data collection, analysis, visualisation, and reporting which supports business decision making at a strategic and operational level.
This role will be required to interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and will be able to make connections to source data that may not readily accessible. This role requires excellent written and verbal skills and ability to be able to articulate findings in a logical and structured manner.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
Contribute to and understand the strategic and operational requirements of HMCG, stakeholders, and partners for all data and analytical needs.Create, design, and maintain HMCG operational databases and data recording tools.Conduct HMCG operational data analysis to inform HMCG operational procedures and strategic direction.Present and explain statistical analyses in core analytical reports to strategic management, the Office of the Chief Executive, and Ministers.Great line management is important to us as an organisation, and we will equip and support line managers to develop the skills they need. We aim to empower line managers to create teams where people can flourish and deliver excellent outcomes for the public.
