This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that work with some of the biggest vehicle hire companies in the country along with builders/ couriers/ road traffic Management companies
You would be employed in the position of /administration/sales with JAS Automobile Ltd part of the shorts motor croup specialising in vehicle servicing and repairs. You must also hold a full UK driving license as you may at times be required to collect and deliver customer's vans & cars to their place of work or home
The main tasks involved are: -
- General office duties including filing, invoicing, client bookings, research and sales calls
-Answering the telephone.
-Deal with initial Client inquiries and making bookings ordering parts .
-General word processing and spreadsheet duties.
-Typing up sales invoices and gaining order numbers
-Processing of purchase ledger invoices, using manual and/or computer methods.
-Business development, to promote the business of the company, its name and reputation in an effort to introduce new clients to the company.
-Maintaining a daily diary of tasks completed, detailing problems incurred and resolved and the experience gained.
-To be prepared to carry out other duties as required and participate as part of a team maintaining high standards of workmanship and personal achievement.
