As our services operate 24/7, you may need to occasionally work outside of office hours, including participating in an on-call rota implementing technical changes, with additional pay for out-of-hours work and on-call.

Your main day to day responsibilities will be:

Design and document Power Platform infrastructure, producing clear, standards-aligned designs that meet functional and non‑functional requirements and consider design trade‑offs. (DESN)
Plan and carry out testing for Power Platform environments and integrations, including manual and automated tests, and report outcomes, risks, and defects. (HSIN)
Install, configure, and decommission Power Platform infrastructure components, following standard procedures and ensuring accurate documentation and handover. (ITOP)
Operate and maintain Power Platform infrastructure services, including environment provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, backup and restore, and automation of routine tasks. (USUP)
Manage infrastructure incidents, correctly logging, diagnosing, and resolving or escalating issues in line with agreed procedures. (TEST)
Facilitate technical discussions and workshops, enabling teams and stakeholders to resolve complex infrastructure and operational issues and reach shared decisions. (OFCL
