The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Customer Service / Account Manager.
This is not just a customer service role, it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career in technical sales and account management within the screw piling industry.
You’ll be based at our fabulous Dundee HQ and work closely with our existing customers, supporting enquiries, processing repeat orders, and learning how to manage client relationships and project requirements.
Full training will be provided on our products, systems, and customer approach.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Managing incoming customer enquiries and repeat orders
• Supporting key accounts with ongoing project requirements
• Preparing quotations and processing orders
• Learning RADIX products, applications, and technical basics
• Building strong relationships with contractors and clients
• Working closely with our sales and operations teams
• Developing into a confident account manager over time
What We're Looking For:
We’re more interested in attitude than experience. The right person will be:
• A confident and clear communicator
• Organised and proactive
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Professional and customer-focused
• Interested in construction, engineering, or sales (preferred but not essential)
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office environments is beneficial but not required.
