Job Title: Area Cleaning Supervisor (AM)
Location: Wakefield & Leeds Areas
Hours: 25 hours per week (Morning shifts)
Pay: £14.00 per hour + Car Allowance
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Wakefield and Leeds areas. This is a part-time, morning-based role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising cleaning staff across assigned locations
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
Conducting regular site inspections and audits
Managing staff schedules and providing support where needed
Liaising with management and clients to ensure satisfaction
Covering cleaning duties when required
Some IT skills are required
Requirements:
Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Clean criminal record (DBS check may be required)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
