About this Role
This role focuses on tracking intern progress, ensuring workplace support plans are delivered effectively, and providing clear, regular updates. You will work closely with the SEND Employability and Inclusion Coordinator to plan next steps for those needing additional support.
You’ll engage with parents and carers, maintain accurate records, and take part in reviews with employers and external partners. The role also involves identifying interns ready for employment, supporting new applicant assessments, and contributing to retention, destination tracking, and high-quality programme delivery.
About You
Experience supporting young people in post‑16 education, training or similar settings.
Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties, disabilities, or barriers into employment.
Proven IT skills (Microsoft Office)
GCSE English and Maths at grade C/Level 2 or equivalent.
