Role Overview
The E-commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketplace marketing strategies to increase product visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise product listings across online marketplaces to improve search ranking and sales performance.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase product visibility on marketplace platforms.
Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns including marketplace promotional tools and PPC campaigns.
Analyse marketplace performance metrics, including sales trends, customer behaviour and advertising results.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
Develop promotional campaigns, discounts and seasonal marketing initiatives to increase online sales.
Produce performance reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and revenue growth.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing updates and inventory coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and online advertising strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
