About the Role
Tatton Project Management Ltd are looking for experienced industrial cladders / roofing operatives to carry out roof and wall cladding works on a commercial warehouse extension in Oldham.
Works involve installation of single skin box profile steel cladding to both roof and walls on a steel portal frame structure.
This is a straightforward, well-planned project with good access and clear working areas.

Scope of Works
• Installation of box profile roof sheets
• Installation of vertical wall cladding sheets
• Fixing flashings, trims, and closures
• Installation of gutters and rainwater goods
• Working from MEWPs / access equipment
• Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and programme

Requirements
• Proven experience in industrial cladding & roofing
• Confident working at height using MEWPs
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• CSCS card required
• IPAF preferred (not essential if experienced)
• Own tools preferred
