Crynodeb
To act as main point of administrative support and contact for the urology cancer triage clinical teams, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis and prioritising own workload. To track and navigate patients through the urology cancer pathways. Complete relevant database input throughout this process. Act as point of contact for patients who have been referred via their GP to the urology cancer services. To coordinate and organise appointments and assessments as required with patients, and to exchange that information clearly and concisely dealing with anxiety, cultural and language difficulties.
