The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers for our prestigious clients based in Oxford, with immediate starts available.
Are you looking for a driving role where you can enjoy flexible work, consistent hours, and the opportunity to secure a long-term position?
This role is ideal for experienced and reliable Class 2 drivers who are looking for either ongoing work or adhoc shifts to suit their lifestyle.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 6 months' driving experience preferred
- Good understanding of UK driving regulations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Start times between 05:00am - 08:00am
- Adhoc and ongoing work available
- £14.50 - £16.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Trunking or multi-drop deliveries depending on client requirements
- Ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Representing the client in a professional manner at all times
- Weekly pay
- Online payslips
- 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata, inclusive of statutory holiday)

- Choice of long-term, short-term, and ad hoc shifts
- Flexible shift patterns
- Ongoing assignments throughout 2026
