Description:

Everest Recruitment and Services Ltd is a specialist provider of workforce solutions across the health and social care sector, supporting a range of care providers throughout Northern Ireland.

We are currently recruiting Care and Support staff to work across a variety of service settings, including care homes, supported living environments, and community-based services.

These roles offer flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to gain experience across different care settings while contributing to the delivery of safe, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities may include:
• Providing personal care and practical support in line with individual care plans
• Supporting service users with daily living activities and promoting independence
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
• Working collaboratively with care teams to ensure high standards of care

Requirements:
• Previous experience within care or support environments is desirable
• A professional, reliable, and compassionate approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Working arrangements:
• Flexible shifts, including day, night, and weekend work
• Temporary assignments across multiple locations
• Opportunities for ongoing work, subject to performance and availability

All placements are subject to completion of registration and compliance checks in line with regulatory standards.
